- Hero: Meugik or Helix
- Weapons: your favorite (I would choose the Staff or Scythe)
- Armor: Vest of Agility (grants 7% chance to dodge, which is better than any damage reduction)
- Rings: most people use Double Snake Rings starting at Rare because they have a 7% dodge chance. You can choose Double Wolf Rings for a 10% critical chance. You can combine items, but I would advise you to focus on defense (dodge) or offense (critical strike chance or attack speed) rather than both at the same time.
- Pets: I use Bats because they face obstacles. Pets are useful if you have the Wing ability (pets protect you from enemy projectiles): in this case, you must choose a pet that is most likely to be between you and the enemies.
- A bracelet: Ice cold because it is the only bracelet that gives crowd control (freezing enemies when you enter a room). You can often kill 1 or 2 enemies before they take the first step.
- Medallion: Medallion of Dexterity increases your chance to dodge while on low health. If you feel like you are missing the effect of the Medallion of Dexterity, you can switch to Angel Medallion, which gives a chance to survive on a fatal blow and makes the hero immortal for a short time.
