S
Works as a last resort, saving you from the finishing projectile. Thus, instead of dying, you save your health and gain invincibility for a short time. Please note that the medallion only works once.

Medallion of Agility
S
When health is below 20%, it increases the chances of dodging. If you combine it with other dodge items / skills, you will increase your hero's survivability, which will help in the passage of difficult chapters.

- Epic Bonus: 30% Chance to Double Heal Angel
Bloodthirsty Medallion
A
Restores health after killing enemies.
- Base effect: When your health is below 18%, the medallion restores it for killing enemies
- Epic effect: + 20% health drop
Piercing Medallion
B
An engraved medallion that allows you to pierce through walls.
- Base effect: When health is below 14%, the medallion can pierce through walls
- Epic effect: + 20% health drop
Bulletproof medallion
C
Increases projectile defense when health is below 20%. Nothing fancy, but it pairs well with the Phantom Cloak so you can survive another enemy strike.
- When health is below 20%, projectile damage is reduced by: (10/12/15 /? /? /?%)
- Epic Bonus: 30% Chance to Double Heal Angel
Iron medallion
C
When health is below 20%, it increases defense when colliding with enemies. But with such low gain, you will at best survive another melee hit. Not a very useful thing.

an angel's medallion can work 2 times, it worked so 1 time for me, then they killed me, bought the resurrection for 30 (or watching ads) and then it worked again)
