How to get a pet
There are several ways to get a pet, each requiring a bit of luck:
The first method - this is a chest. There are two chests in Archero that can be opened with any key that you get after completing a certain number of levels. You can also use gems.
Another way to get a pet is to meet the Secret Seller, who appears after you get to the second level. His merchandise is random, which means there is little chance of him spawning an animal. If you are lucky enough to find a seller who sells pets, be sure to stock up on a couple of hundred gems just in case.
If you are patient and lucky, then you will find a pet. If you can't wait, then you can buy some gems and open the chests yourself.

Hello everybody! I noticed the "trick" new pets, for some reason, they do 200 more damage than they have written in the characteristics and also 200 more damage than old pets with the same pumping.
For example, my Laser Fruit Bat (normal level 1) deals 67 damage to enemies, and the Owl and Ghost (normal level 1) - 267.

There are significant drawbacks to the scythe mage and the bomber, which are important when choosing.
Mage - low attack speed and (in my opinion) knocking back enemies. Sometimes the shooters are hammered into the walls, they continue to shoot, and you have to wait for them to get out.
Bomber - low projectile speed. Only a third (or even a quarter) of the map can be considered as a firing zone. until the projectile reaches distant enemies, most likely they will already move. Also, it is not suitable for fast enemies in the firing zone, but only in the immediate vicinity of the hero.
About the fairy - it seemed to me that her attack speed is higher than that of a bomber, so I would prefer her.
The mouse is beyond competition.
A personal recommendation for leveling is to use two different pets, because having two of the same will double the speed of their transfer to epic status.
