As you start exploring the Raccoon City Police Station, you will notice that some of the doors have special symbols - spades, clubs, tambourines, and hearts. To open them, you need keys of different colors - blue, red, green and pink.
Peak key (peaks)
Located on the table on the third floor, next to the stairs leading from the dark room on the first floor. With it, you can open the doors between the West Office and the Main Hall, as well as the doors from the waiting room to a new location with an Arts room and a Fire Exit.
Key of Diamonds (rhombus)
The pink diamond key is located in the Morgue in sector B1. After the medallion puzzle and your first meeting with Birkin, you will find yourself in the garage, where you can enter the morgue. Once you open the door, go straight ahead and go around the tables / sinks in the middle of the room. Pull out the table in the wall to the left and take the key next to the left shoulder of the corpse.
Clubs key (clubs)
Unique key for Leon. Located in the Boiler Room in the East Wing of the Police Station. But first, you must take the handle in the prison in the basement, and then use it to get to the roof of the second floor. You can now go to the boiler room and find the key taped to the board.
Using the green key, you will be able to access the Monitoring Room, which will open the weapon locker in the STARS office. Also, the key opens access to the Hall of Records in the West Hall of the Police Station, which contains Jack's pen, with whose help you will enter the Clock Tower.
Hearts key (heart)
Unique key for Claire. It can be obtained after a couple of hours of the story campaign, after you complete the medallion puzzle and find yourself in the garage. Once you first meet the sheriff, head to his office and then to the frequent collection room. The red key will be on the back of the photo frame next to the stuffed owl.
