There are 4 types of pokeballs in Pokemon GO, which open as your trainer levels up.
Pokeball
It is available by default, from the very beginning of the game.
Great Ball
An updated version of Pokéball with a better Pokémon capture rate. More effective against Pokémon with high CP (Battle Points). Unlocks at Level 12.
Ultra Ball
An updated version of Pokéball, which has 2x faster Pokémon catching speed. More effective against rare high CP Pokémon. Unlocks at Level 20.
Master Ball
Used to capture super rare and legendary Pokémon. Has 100% success for catching any Pokémon. Unlocks at Level 30.

Potions
Potions are consumable items used to heal your injured Pokémon.
Potion
This standard potion is available at level 5. Restores 20 HP.
Super Potion
Recovers about 50 HP, unlocks at level 10.
Hyper Pokemon
Recovers about 200 HP, unlocks at level 15.
Max Potion
Restores all health, unlocks at level 25.
Revitalization
Revives when your Pokémon loses consciousness and health drops to zero.
Mormal Revive
Available at level 5, it can restore up to 50% HP.
Max Revive
Restores all health, unlocks at level 30.
Baits
Frankincense (Incense)
Frankincense attracts wild Pokémon to your location with its aromatic scent. The effect lasts for 30 minutes and can be used wherever you are. Unlocks at Level 1.
Lure Module
You can attract Wild Pokémon to PokéStop for a limited time (30 minutes). This item can only be used near PokéStops. Unlocks at Level 1.

Berries
Used to grab Pokémon more easily. At the moment, there is only one type of berries in Pokemon GO.
Razz Berries
Unlocks at level 8.
Eggs
A consumable that can double your XP for a limited period or help a new Pokémon hatch.
Normal Eggs
Eggs found in PokéStop. As soon as you place the egg in the incubator and walk a certain distance, hatch a Pokemon from it. There are three types of eggs - 2km, 5km and 10km. Unlocks at the 1st level.
Lucky Egg
You can double the amount of XP you receive in a given period of time. Unlocks at Level 1.
Egg Incubator
Place the eggs in the incubator for the Pokémon to hatch. Unlocks at Level 1.
