Rune parts
As with the previous spiers, you will have to draw a pattern on the floor in order to activate the portal. You can recognize it using special labels. The first will be in the hall of runes. (1), the second is located in a place marked as West (3)... The latter is in the central hall (2), not far from the north stairs.
Ocean Spire Activation
Once you have the fragments, it's time to activate them in the archaic hall at the bottom of the spire. In order to activate the Spire and access the top, you need to draw the symbol depicted on the parchment, placing each rune on the floor. It doesn't matter in what order you connect the runes.
After connecting all the runes and drawing the symbol indicated on the parchment, it is time to use the portal, which is activated in the center of the floor. It will teleport you to the top of the spire, where you can choose to upgrade. You will also be able to use this Spire to immediately teleport to other Spiers, thus traveling quickly across the land. This is the only fast travel version in the game.
