Quest "Subversive activity"
This quest can be taken from the leader of the clerics, Judge Reinhold, who is located inside the cathedral in Holt in Ignadon. Just talk to Reinhold until you see a dialogue: “I'm ready. Give me a task. " He will then ask you to investigate the illegal trade in Eleks inside Holt.
After receiving the quest, go to the administration building and talk to Dietrich. He will provide a search warrant for the clerics camp and provide some information on the suspects. This will trigger the Supplier side quest.
Quest "Supplier"
Head to Castle Ruins in West Ignadon, southwest of Hort. Near one of the entrances to the castle, you will find a guard named Gerd. Show Gerd the warrant you received from Dietrich and he will guide you.
Now you need to talk to Dirk and Carsten. You will find Dirk in the main building in the ruins. Show him the warrant, after which he will give you the code for his safe (4979), which you can search. However, you will not find anything suspicious in it.
Now talk to Carsten, who can be found by going around the castle. He will also give the code for his safe (8195). Karsten's safe can be found in the clerics camp, inside of which you will find Outcast clothes, proving that Karsten is the supplier of the illegal Elex.
Talk to Carsten again to accuse him of a crime. This conversation can be played out in one of two ways: you can cooperate with Carsten in the illegal trade, or you can try to arrest him, which will lead to a fight. However, you need to defeat him and then return to Dietrich to complete this sub-quest.
Quest "Night Adventures"
You need to talk to three guards in Hort - Pete, Factory and Xander. Each of them will give you a surveillance report they have collected against suspects in the illegal trade in Eleks.
Note: if you asked Xander to let you into Hort, he will force you to repay the debt, blaming the suspect Siegfried for everything.
Now return to Reinhold to choose which of the three suspects is to blame - Hagen, Siegfried or Oswald. Reading the surveillance reports, it becomes clear that Oswald is the culprit as his guard was unable to confirm Oswald's whereabouts at night. You can choose any of the three suspects to complete the quest and get 500 XP, but with the right choice, you will get 3000 XP and 500 Elexit.
If you made the right choice, you will receive another 400 Elexit upon your return when you speak with Reinhold. However, if you are wrong, Reinhold will be angry with you.
Note: If you owe Xander, but don't blame Siegfried, Holt merchants will stop offering certain goods to the player.
