In Dead By Daylight, there are only two escape routes from the forest - either activate all the generators and open the large metal door, or simply run through the hatch / sliding door, which can only appear when you are the only survivor in the forest. This guide will help you find all hatches and access doors in the game.
Location McMillan Estate
Suffocating pit
This hatch is at the back of the huge house (near the Ramp), from where you can see the mountain near the farm.
Coal tower
Next to the coal tower, which is a two-story building.
Open industry (timber)
This hatch spawns in three random locations that can be found on the outer edges of the map.

Go inside the coal tower and then head towards the house (with wheels) and look for a hatch next to it.
Metallurgical suffering
This hatch will be on the first floor of the factory, between two pipes.
Location ColdWind Farm
Rotten fields
This hatch spawns in random places, but most often it can be found near the entrance to the field.
Rotting Slaughterhouse
Another occasional trapdoor, which most often appears in a room with pigs hanging on hooks, near the exit fence. Note: There is a sliding door in the same room.
Thompson House
This trapdoor can be found on the lower porch in the corner (back of the house).
Torment brook
From the side of the destroyed granary, you can see the pallets through the open window. They can come in handy to complete the game.

Shop
You can find this hatch on the back of the store, between the barrels and the tree.
Bloody gatehouse
This hatch is easy to find: it is located at the bottom of the gatehouse and you can see it in front of the stairs.
Open dump
There are as many as 6 random locations where a hatch can appear. It all depends on your luck.
The resting place of Azarov
Just like in the Junkyard, there are 6 random hatch spawns here.
