There are tons of hidden quests in Red Dead Redemption 2, and one of them is related to the Strange Statues. This is a tricky puzzle to solve, but the reward is three gold bars of $ 500 each.
Location of strange statues
Finding strange statues is much easier than solving a puzzle. They are located at the eastern end of Donner Falls and northeast of Baccus Station.
Find a pine tree between the large white rocks - this tree will serve as a marker to enter the cave.
Its location is not too far from the road. Just enter the cave and you will see Strange statues. Interact with the statue in the middle and Arthur will start drawing them in his notebook.
Solving the puzzle
Before you start solving the strange statues puzzle, you first need to find the drawing in a cave in Window Rock, northwest of Cumberland Forest.
Walk to the right place and you will see statues of men standing around an eagle. Each statue has an eagle with a certain number of tail feathers. Their order is 2, 7, 5, 8, 3, 4 and 6.
Now go back to the statues and click on the buttons ok 2, 3, 5 and 7... Congratulations - you have solved the puzzle and you can claim the gold bullion prize on the pedestal.
