The Stolen Buyer is one of many different merchants in Red Dead Redemption 2. But unlike others, he sells a very wide range of goods, and also accepts gold bars and jewelry.
Below you will find a guide with the exact location of all the vendors of stolen goods.
Buyer 1
On the southeastern part of the map. You will need to travel to Rhodes and then to the northeastern part of the city. Just open the map and look northeast from the bold letter in the word "Rhodes". Zoom in and you will find a wallet with an X.
Buyer 2
On the east side of the map. Go to the Van Horn Trading Post, and then to the very edge of the map - there again zoom in and look for the wallet with the X symbol.
Buyer 3
In the southeast corner of the map. Travel to Saint-Denis and from there head east. Now open the map and zoom in near the top of the "S" in the word "Denis".
Buyer 4
Go a little east of the center of the map to the Emerald Ranch. Then, head south where you will find a barn and a merchant.
