The bird can often be found anywhere on the map, with the greatest concentration around the Dakota River and north of Lake Flat Iron. But the problem is that it appears randomly and may not always be where you expect to find it. However, there is a place with a 100% chance of finding a bird.
When I was looking for a jay, I came across a video that suggests heading to the east side of the Dakota River, north of the Diablo Ridge. There are several stones right by the road and along the coast. Examine them carefully - in the end, on one of the stones and there will be a bird.
