In this guide, you will find a complete list of all the rituals that you will encounter during your journey. Each contains a short description that should make it easier for you to win.
Ritual 1 - Ridge of Gol
The starting enemies don't have to be a real threat - it's more of a tutorial. As you play, the AI will give you advice on the difficulties you will face during the battle. It is important to remember that as soon as you get 2 points for yourself, the enemies will be in a formation that will protect their fire with the help of their own aura. Remember that a character who touches an enemy's aura is expelled from combat for a certain period of time. As such, you need to jump over the aura or throw the orb directly onto the stack. If your opponents come together in a tight squad, try to get around them or try to lure them with one character, and then quickly transfer the sphere to another character, who should have an open path to the fire.
Ritual 2 - Spring of Jomuer
In this battle, you can complete an additional goal - to collect three moon drops. They appear in random locations and can be collected when your characters run through the spot where the drop fell. Enemies will try to hold one hero behind your front line to try and pop the sphere in one quick pass. You might be better off leaving one strong ally behind.
Attack of the Howlers
On the journey to the next ritual, your team will encounter a new threat, and you will have to camp to prepare to fight unknown monsters. As it turns out, this threat is the little haullers trying to break your line of defense. You can use ranged attacks against them, or you can run right up to them to hit them with your aura. For every enemy defeated, you will receive Sol, so try to hit them as much as possible.
Ritual 3 - Cairn of Ha'Ub
The team you will have to face consists of very fast players. Use the help of Tizo, the new companion. He is very fast and can fly, making him invulnerable to aura and enemy attacks. Moreover, if the need arises, he can sacrifice his own strength in order to release a lot of energy and expel most of the enemies at the same time. At the end of this match, be careful - when the enemies have very few points left, they become faster and more aggressive. It is worth adding that ice blocks can be freely moved, so you can use them as a defense against enemies and their attacks.
Ritual 4 - Pit of Milithe
Before you reach the Milit Pit, your team will get sick and everyone will lose 1 Hope. The only character who will not be overtaken by the disease will be Tizo. You can also fix Ryuka's negative stats by praising him while talking in the Wagon.
In this ritual, you will face a team of witches. There are small radioactive embankments in the arena that can serve as protection. When the enemies have 30 points left, acid splashes will appear on the map - they cannot be passed, only jump over. You can use three fast characters to maneuver around obstacles.
Ritual 5 - Hulk of Ores
In this ritual, you will face knights whose advantage is excellent speed and agility. Keep an eye on Sir Delange as he can bring his allies back from exile if he manages to banish one of your players. Additionally, enemies leave a kind of radioactive slime trail that you better avoid unless you want to be banished. There are also cracks and holes in the floor that you can jump over. When you do this, a stream of water will burst out of the hole, which will strengthen your character.
Ritual 6 - Nest of Triesta
This time you will fight against flying enemies - the Harpy team. Be aware of the holes in the ground, because if your character falls into them, he will be exiled. Always jump over them to avoid danger. At the end of the game, your heroine Pamita will challenge her sister Tamita, who is the captain of the other team, to a duel. First, you can eliminate the enemy and only then get to the fire.
Ritual 7 - Glade of Lu
In the forest, you will encounter a team led by Manley. He is assisted by a small tree that he can plant anywhere on the map. The tree has its own aura, so it can be problematic, especially during the last part of the battle. With each point gained, Manley will gradually reduce the arena with the help of vines. More importantly, banishing a small tree is tantamount to banishing Manley himself. Also note that during the transfer of the sphere, he can teleport short distances.
Ritual 8 - Fall of Soliam
Before this rite of passage, you must choose one of your most experienced heroes to provide him with absolution if he wins the match. The enemies are quite powerful and can bring the sphere to your fire quite quickly. Moreover, the enemies' campfire has a whopping 130 points. Also, walls will sprout out of the ground every time someone scores and the game continues. Pick two fast players so your team can maneuver through the obstacles.
