Your donkey regularly brings new bodies, after which you need to quickly visit the morgue so that the corpses do not start to decay. If you are busy, you can place the body on a pallet or dissecting table. This will lengthen the time to decay and you can estimate it later.
But it's always best to examine a corpse right on the autopsy table to give it a rating. Each ghoul has its own rating, which will help you decide what you can do with it for maximum benefit.
To find out the rating, place the corpse on the table, after which you can see the skull of a certain color - green, red or white.
