To solve this puzzle, you will need to find both pieces of Rose Atkins' ID. The first one is located on the top floor and you can get there by stairs. Here you will face mercenaries who need to be eliminated. Once you've done that, find the table shown in the screenshot. Here you will find half of the ID. Scan it.
Return to the stairs, go to the lower floor and use the UV lamp to find the steps. Follow them to the computer room and find the other half of Rose Atkins' ID shown in the screenshot. Also scan it.
Once you get both halves, interact with the computer.
