The Panopticon Mode in Destiny 2 is a great way to get powerful weapons and armor. In it, you can earn Runes, which you then need to insert into the Chalice of Plenty.
You can go through the mode, collect all kinds of loot, and then start it over and over again. However, you need to know how to get each item, so in this guide I will point out the ingredients for weapons and armor that you can get from Panopticon.
Weapon recipes
Rune of desire in slot 1, any red rune in slot 2
Rune of Jubilation in slot 1, any red rune in slot 2
Rune of the beast in slot 1, any purple rune in slot 2
Rune of pride in slot 1, any purple rune in slot 2
Rune of ambition in slot 1, any blue rune in slot 2
Bounty Rune in slot 1, any green rune in slot 2
Rune of excess in slot 1, any green rune in slot 2
You can also pick up weapons from other sources, but since it drops out randomly in other locations of the game, in my opinion, this should not be done. "Favorite", "Falconer" and "Mini-tool KALUS" are great weapons that suit different styles.

It's best to grab weapons over armor because you can get good armor sets through a variety of other methods.
