You will only be allowed to go through after you bring him a soda from the vending machine (you need to talk to him a certain number of times first). Approach the machine at the other end of the room and click on it. You will receive a soda and can give it to an employee.
Now you will need to go to the other end of the location. Your character will indicate that the shortest path home is through the forest.
After you jump down, climb onto the darkest branch at the other end and jump on it until it breaks. Thanks to this, you will be able to move on.
You will now get to the ship. To continue, you must jump up a tree. To do this, jump to the pillar number 2, then to the number 3 and, finally, to the tree. You will have to do it rhythmically, otherwise Mei will not be able to jump high enough. From the tree, jump onto the tower on the ship and follow the power line to the end of the location.
