Extortion in the slums
After you reach the refugee camp, you will see a scene during which the guard Riggs will take the gold belonging to the refugee Bizon. After this happens, you can talk to Bizon and promise him to return his gold. Riggs can be found at the entrance to the Iron Throne (M5,3). It doesn't matter which option you choose during the dialogue - even if you are aggressive towards him, the guard will become much less daring when Captain Corwin joins the conversation. Take 150 pieces of gold from the guard and return with him to Bizon.
Thief among refugees
On the first floor, in a large room, you can find Bertha and Lona. You must talk to one of them. You will learn that Berta thinks that Lon stole the sacred symbol (monk Rasaad will soon join the conversation). We can say that it is impossible to prove Lone's guilt, since there is little evidence, and this is the end of the case. However, it is much better to encourage Lon to negotiate a search. After that, he will turn into a werewolf and you will be forced to defeat him in battle. After you've killed Lon, wait for Bertha to calm down. As a reward, you will receive a holy symbol from her.
