Once you're in the town of Brickal de Mar, you will have access to several new side quests. Among them is the "Missing Children" quest, in which you need to find two missing children.

To complete this quest you need a surfboard, which you will receive during the main storyline. On the first island, you will be told to get to the Dojo in Arissola. Once in the right place, you learn that Sofia, the leader of the Dojo, has gone north to the Windward Fort. You must go after her and free her. Once you have done this, the dojo in Arrisola will open. Complete the dojo by defeating Sofia and she will reward you with a surfboard.
How to start a quest?
Go to the Academy building and go upstairs. Enter the office on the left and talk to the director of the Academy. Ask if she has anything you can help with. She will ask you to find two children in Brickal, Yusuf and Roger.
Where can I find Yusuf and Roger?
Once you have your surfboard (guide above), head west to Brickal de Mar and head to Lake Indigo. Yusuf and Roger are located in the southwest of the lake. Talk to them, and then return to the director.
As a reward, you will receive a Decoy, with which you can catch Temtems, as well as escape from the wild Temtem.
