There are eight base items in Teamfight Tactics, each of which can be combined with another base item to create something new. They can even connect with each other. So I made up a useful list of all items in the game and combo recipes to create them.

+ Best Sword = Infinity Edge - Critical hit damage is increased by 100%.
+ Recurve Bow = Sword of God - every second there is a 5% chance for a 100% critical hit.
+ Too Large Rod = Hextech Revolver - heals 25% of the damage done.
+ Tear of the Goddess = Shojin Spear - after use, restores 20% of the remaining maximum mana in one attack.
+ Negatron Cloak = Bloodthirst - restores 35% health
+ Giant's Belt = Herald of Zeke - after the start of the battle, the attack speed of your allies will increase by 12,5%.
+ Chainmail = Guardian Angel - revival from 300 health.
+ Shovel = Youmuu Ghost Blade - the owner will become an Assassin.
Recurve bow
+ Best Sword = Sword of God - every second there is a 5% chance for a 100% critical hit.
+ Recurve Bow = Rapid Fire Cannon - doubles the attack range. Such attacks cannot be dodged.
+ Rabadon's Death Hat = Ginsu's Blade of Fury - 5% to attack speed on the stack on hit.
+ Tear of the Goddess = Shanker Static - every third attack deals 100 magic damage.
+ Negatron's Cloak = Cursed Blade - gives a chance to retreat when hit; removes 1 star.
+ Giant's Belt = Titanic Hydra - Attacks deal 10% of the wearer's maximum health as additional damage.
+ Mail = Phantom Dancer - evading all critical hits.
+ Shovel = Blade of the Broken King - the owner becomes a Blade Master.

+ Best Sword = Guardian Angel - revival from 300 health.
+ Recurve Bow = Phantom Dancer - evading all critical hits.
+ Too Large Rod = Medallion of the Iron Solari - protects units around you for 200 health at the beginning of the battle.
+ Tear of the Goddess = Frozen Heart - neighboring enemies attack 20% slower.
+ Cloak of Negatron = Sword Destroyer - attacks have a chance to disarm the enemy.
+ Giant's Belt = Red Buff - Attacks burn for 2,5% of maximum health. Burned units cannot heal.
+ Chain Vest = Spiked Armor - Reflects 25% of received damage.
+ Shovel = Oath of the Knight - the owner becomes a Knight.

+ Recurve Bow = Cursed Blade - gives a chance to retreat when hit; removes 1 star.

+ Cloak of Negatron = Silence - gives a great chance to silence the attack.
+ Giant's Belt = Atonement - after death, heal nearby allies for 1000 health.
+ Mail = Frozen Heart - neighboring enemies attack 20% slower.
+ Shovel = Darkin - the owner becomes Darkin.

+ Biggest Sword = Hextech Revolver - heals 25% of the damage dealt.
+ Recurve Bow = Ginsu's Blade of Fury - on hit increases attack speed by 5%.

+ Tear of the Goddess = Echo of Luden - on hit, spells do 100 damage from fragments.
+ Cloak of Negatron = Ionic Spark - whenever the enemy casts a spell, he takes 100 damage.
