At Stoneshard, health plays a very important role. There are three stages of health that can change your gameplay: healing, injury, and inebriation (poisoning).
How to treat
As soon as your health drops below the maximum, you must urgently heal. You need to exit the battle and press the R key. Your character will enter Zen and thus restore his health.
In battle, it is more difficult to heal, since the healing process takes 6 seconds, and if the enemy attacks you (for example, at 5 seconds), then the healing will start again.
Injuries
After an injury to a limb or torso, your body begins to ache, and if you don't recover quickly, pain can take over your body.
Pain affects the recovery of the character's health - in the worst case, it can lead to death. To remove it, first fix the damaged part of the body with a splint. After that, your injury will soon heal.
Also, if you want to get rid of the pain completely, use pain relievers. However, taking pain relievers can lead to death due to poisoning.
Intoxication (poisoning)
As mentioned earlier, taking pain relievers, alcohol, or herbs can lead to poisoning. To check your intoxication level, simply press C on the character sheet, go to the second tab and there you will find complete information about your health for the head, torso, arms and legs.
The only thing that can cure poisoning is antibiotics, since they remove all traces of the poison in your body.
