Survival is a key aspect of SCUM, so you'll need to look for a variety of useful items, including food and clothing. Most of the pleasant bonuses are located at military bases, but going there is risky, as you can stumble upon zombies, other players and even robots that are well armed.
But all the risk will be fully paid off by the reward. Firstly, most zombies are former military soldiers, that is, they will have a special jacket that will increase your inventory and keep you warm.
In addition, you may be lucky enough to find bulletproof vests, armor, heavy weapons, rifles, snipers, explosives, and other valuables. Thus, just one sortie to a military base will increase your chances of survival.
