Take out a loan and invest in all available investments: wind farms (cost: 4500 euros, daily income: 200 euros) and solar panels (cost: 50 euros, income: 000 euros). The installment amount to be paid is set in accordance with the investment income (recorded every day at midnight). In a few days you will have a free source of daily income (up to 2240 euros per day).
If you start by default in Montana, the first machines you should replace are: Combine Harvester, Plow, and Semi Trailer (for the larger one). Buy second-tier models. Optional: replace the cultivator and drill with the Akpil Cheetah Drill 3 - this model combines the functions of both devices. Also worth mentioning is a tractor for the cheapest heavy class (e.g. Zetor Forterra 150 HD).
Decide what you want to do at the start of the game and stick to at least a three-year cycle. This is justified by the fact that for almost all different activities (eg planting potatoes, raising cows) you need other machines, which can be expensive. You have to decide what you want to do at the moment in order to at least pay for the cost of the machines during operation.
Buy a lot of barns (3000 € / pc): you can teleport to them for 150 €. You can also move to shops and fields (but not to gardens and greenhouses).
Invest in gardens - no matter what. Prices and yields are proportional to the profit for each type of fruit. However, plums / pears should be chosen first - the average harvest is less than 13 tonnes, so you can load them on most conventional semi-trailers to take them straight away for sale. The average profit (after 3 days of growth) is up to € 10 with a minimum job.
Invest in pigs: buy a pigsty, expand it, buy feed (50 bags for 10 pigs, 100 for 20). After 3 days, sell them via a tablet; the net profit is close to 5000 euros for 10 pigs (in Montana you can buy 60).
A good idea at the beginning of the game is to move to one of the foreign locations: Japan - if you are looking for a quick profit and you have little initial capital; Colombia - more work and more profit.
