Cossacks 3 Is a classic real-time strategy game that combines construction, war, economics and technology. Continuation of the famous strategy franchise, which will provide an opportunity to once again plunge into the golden era of this genre.

General Tips

- The game is very dynamic, so unlike most RTS you need to build units quickly and fight often.

- You should try to build more buildings so that you can recruit even more units.

- Don't forget about the safety of your city by creating appropriate defensive units and towers.

- You need a lot of peasants - they have to work in the mines, in the fields and chop wood. Some of them can build buildings.

- It is very important to establish a good economy. For starters, secure access to key resources and improve infrastructure.

- Keep in mind that the maintenance of the units eats up the food supply, so during long wars you should have enough food.

- Building construction will go faster if you attract more peasants to it

- Do not worry too much about the loss of units, as in the second part of the game it will be possible to quickly recruit a large number of troops

- An important part of your city is the market where you can exchange resources. In multiplayer, the exchange rate is the same for everyone. In addition, during each exchange, prices change slightly.

- In short, the formula for success is as follows: many city halls -> the ability to hire more peasants -> more resources -> new buildings and a large army -> continuous recruitment of units -> victory.

- Invest in new technologies. If you are confident that your city is endowed with resources and can easily repel enemy attacks, then you should invest surplus resources in technology upgrades.

Army Tips

- Always try to fight close to your defensive towers and well-placed shooters. In other words: the biggest fight must take place in your territory, where you can counterattack.

- Choose units wisely: do not throw slow units to fight arrows; do not attack fortifications without artillery.

- You must have a diversified army, divided into groups (Ctrl + 1,2,3 ... will allow you to assign the number of troops to one key), which will be able to resist different types of enemy units.

- Bigger is not always better: sometimes it is better to have a smaller army, but modern.

- Use light cavalry for flanks and rear attacks: attack weakly defended areas or peasants, then quickly retreat.

- Remember that you can destroy enemy artillery if there is no enemy infantry nearby. The cavalry is perfect for this task.

- Some campaign missions are time limited. In such cases, do not waste time on unnecessary actions; if you have an army, attack.

- Send scouts to estimate the size of the enemy and control their movement.
