The plane is the fastest way to move around the map in real time, and also allows you to quickly infiltrate an enemy fortress using parachute jumps. Airplanes are perhaps the rarest form of transportation found in the Wildlands. They can usually be found in airports, in large open fields, and in some cases, rebel outposts.
However, in some regions, such as PN De Agua Verde and Ocoro, there are very few aircraft. So it is best to head to the Barvechos and Itacua areas. There are planes in other regions as well, but there they are protected by anti-aircraft missiles that will quickly shoot you down if you are an inexperienced pilot.
