Always plant trees of the same type and create a sign.
Breed fish of the same species in large ponds. I tried to create a separate pond for each species, but it takes too long. Be sure to place each type of fish.
Breed all animals in the same area. When I started the game, I made the mistake of placing them in different places and then tried to remember where certain animals were.
When you complete quests, plant only the crops and trees needed for those specific quests. This will help you complete them faster.
Once planted, flower beds continue to produce flowers. All you have to do is water them and harvest them.
Be sure to check the quests every day to see what needs to be done.
If you visit other players' farms, be polite and say hello. You can get new friends just by saying "Hello", "Bonjour", etc.
If you have super-large farms, try opening the sprinkler head as quickly as possible to water your plants and crops.
Always plant trees that you have unlocked. This way, you don't have to run around when quests require it. You will already have everything planted.
