In the western building in taxidermy, in the Region of the Faith. The comic is next to a TV broadcasting a video of a rather forced scene featuring Vera and our friend, the US Marshal.

Boshaw Estate
On the Boshaw estate in the region of faith. The comic is in the bedroom, in the safe next to the nightstand.
Bradbury Farm
At Bradbury Farm, John's Region. Located on the second floor of a large barn. Go upstairs and find a seating area - the comic will be on the bed.
Cougar camp
At the foot of the Eastern Mountains in the Region of Faith, you can find the Puma Camp. The comic will be in front of one of the tents.
