One interesting aspect of Fallout 76 is the dizzying array of costumes and armor types. One of these outfits is the Scavenger Costume, which you can find using the instructions below.
Scavenger Suit Location
Travel to the Eastern Regional Prison in the center of the map, north of Morgantown Airport.
Enter the prison from the Main Entrance, which is located in the Main Building (south side of the prison). Go through the registration area and turn right into block A. Go through it until you find yourself in the showers. There will be several lockers - a suit in one of them.
