Mission 1: A Long Day at Dunwall

1. Near the Servant of the Abbey, who tells the onlookers various "legendary passions" and begs for the stay of Vera in the abbey.
2. In the channel behind the grate near one drain, you can break the board with a crossbow and get a rune.
Mission 2: At World's End
1. The first one is in a sunken ship. Exit the cockpit and then go to the deck. Jump into the water and sail the boat to find the rune.
2. Search the whale's corpse, follow the trail of blood.
3. Next to the dead whale, walk forward towards the pink building, you will see black badges in the market. Buy one rune from the black market in the city.
4. Go through the canal located near the overseer's building and then look for a small gate. Shoot the board with the crossbow to get the rune.
5. Make your way to the overseer's building terrace and enter through the balcony. You will find a safe on the 3rd floor. Combination 225. Alternatively, you can check the book and table for a clue.
6. Look at another terrace from the balcony. Look for the crowd and the Overseers. You will have to put them to sleep and then you can jump down to get the rune.
7. You must return to the balcony of the overseer building and cross to the other side. Once you are on the other side of the building, you must reach the top of the roof. Move in the direction of the green building with the cigar logo. There will be another roof, climb it and then jump into the water. Get out on the ground and then look for the blue building. There is an overseer inside. Kill him and get a reward.
Mission 3: The Good Doctor
1. Go into the dining room and on the left near the table you will find a rune.
2. Use Blink or Far Reach on the 4th floor of the building to climb onto the roof of the elevator, then press the red button. The elevator will go higher. Use Shift to jump onto the ledge and you will find yourself in the attic. There will be a rune on the table to the right of the elevator.
3. Destroy the Blood Nest in the Wellness Room to obtain the Rune.
4. Another one is in the basement. You need to climb onto the elevator, cut off its cables with a crossbow, after which it will fall. Using the Transfer, carefully go down the ledges down, then go to the left, and there will be a rune on the shelf next to the painting by the wall.
5. The last rune can be found in the Alien Shrine, located on the 4th floor. Use your heart.
Mission 4: Mechanical Mansion
1. Check out the broken furniture at the back of the transportation station.
2. Buy one on the black market in this area. You can also steal it.
3. Collect the rune at the Bloodfly building in Upper Avent.
4. You can get one rune in the Jindosh lab after using the console. Take a look at the anatomy module.
5. In the main area of the district, look for a place that is well guarded and then look for the civilians to the left of the building. You can get the rune at the Alien Shrine on the 3rd floor.
Mission 5: Royal Cabinet of Curiosities
1. Buy from the black market on the left side of town.
2. On the second floor of the conservatory, in a room with blueprints.
3. On the rooftop of Ashworth's office, you can get a rune guarded by creepy dogs.
4. One of them is in the Archives, the key to which can be found in the basement. Use this to find the rune next to the stairs and the elevator.
5. There is an Alien Shrine in this area. You must reach the top of the building and disable the traps.
Mission 6: Dusty Quarter
1. The first one is in a locker in the building behind you after you meet Captain Foster and find yourself on the street.
2. Look for the old building in the Dusty District, get to the second floor balcony.
3. Another is in the locked evidence room in the overseer's house. You can get the key from the overseers.
4. The Alien Shrine is located in the office on the 3rd floor of the Hand Saloon.
Mission 7: Crack in the Universe
1. At the top of the second floor of the Mansion.
2. Use the Valve wheel. First, throw it to the hole in the wall and then go to the present. Walk forward and take the wheel. Now enter the room filled with water, use the valve to drain it, and there you will find a rune.
3. The last one is on the right side of the mansion. Find a window where some documents will be. You must first go back in time and kill the workers. Later, you must return to the present, and climb up to reach the broken window at the top. Go to the past again, but first kill the soldiers. In the end, you will receive a rune.
Mission 8: The Grand Palace
1. Look at the building with the windmill, the rune in the bathroom. You can enter from the roof. Then go through the balcony just below the windmill.
2. On the ground floor of the palace, make your way to the First Captain's Suite, where you must find the combination for the safe. After that, open the safe with the rune.
3. Another is located in the storage area, which can be accessed through the garden by destroying the barricade. Use your heart to find the rune.
4. After entering the black market, look at the rocks on the right. Then go forward to find the boards. Smash them and you will find a cave with an Alien Shrine.
Mission 9: Death to the Empress
1. Buy one rune from the black market.
2. See the building in front of Dunwall Tower. Use the tiny window to get into the closet and find the rune there.
3. Go to the security room in Dunwall's tower and then move towards the back. Go to the right side and look at the top of the pipe.
4. The last rune is a little more difficult to obtain. You must first kill the witch in the damaged building on Dunwall Street. Later, you must cross the street and then deal with a lot of enemies in the apartment ahead. Later inside the apartment, find the barometer and turn it on. This will lead you to the Alien Shrine behind a secret door.
