At the Addermere Institute, take the elevator to the second floor. Go to the lab to visit Vasco's office. The safe is next to the desk. We talk with the chief, who is on the stretcher, he will give you a combination to open the safe.

Mission 4: Mechanical Mansion
In this mission you will find a large building ahead, look for a station with a Council Map on the wall. There is a short passage on the left side. At the end you will find a building with several people. Go to the first floor and then enter the office to locate the safe. The combination from the safe is written on the glasses hidden behind the bottle. You will get two numbers. After adding them, rotate the wheel until it opens.

Mission 5: Royal Cabinet of Curiosities
You must reach the balcony of the old building, where you will meet many bloody flies. The safe combo will be available once you complete the Vendor Black Market side mission. You can find the shopkeeper near Megan Foster's location. The store owner will only allow you to enter the store after you have given him the Roseburrow prototype. Inside the store, you will find a note with a combination.

Mission 6: Crack in the Universe
Safe at Stilton Mansion
The mansion is not guarded, so you can explore as much as you like. Go to the noble man's room and go down through the floor to reach the music room. Talk to Stilton and The Outsider (Alien) to get to the Clock.
The watch will allow you to switch between time periods. You can explore the mansion as it is, or go back three years to see how it was before. Of course, when you go back in time, the mansion will be guarded, but you can grab more items and find a safe.
In the past, the mansion has a locked boiler room with a safe inside.
You need to take the body of the wolfhound to the past and cremate it using the oven. After that, return to the present tense sef, and you will see the correct combination already applied to the safe.

Mission 7: The Grand Palace
