Go to the back of the swamp from the City Streets Beyond the Wall bonfire.
Black Witch Veil
Look to the left of the flooded building in the swamp in the "City Streets Beyond the Wall" location.
Ring of Steel Defense +3
There is a wooden walkway in front of both knights, next to the flying angel in the Garbage Pile.

Go to the swamp at Earthen Peak Ruins. Look at the top of the tree root from the opposite side, from where you enter the large room.
