Conan Exiles Guide. Slave system

46708145

Conan Exiles released on Steam Early Access, allowing survival fans to begin their journey through the brutal world of barbarian lands. After you've mastered the collection of food, water and resources, as well as crafted your own weapons, it's time to start building your own slice of civilization, but for this you need slaves.

The slavery system allows you to capture random NPCs and send them to work in your camp, where they will do everything from protecting your settlement to creating points where they will dance. So, here's what you need for this:

Required level
You have to pump up to level 10, collecting resources and defeating enemies. At the tenth level, you can learn the special knowledge "Take into slavery", after which you can create clubs, fiber bindings and the Lesser Wheel of Pain. You need all three to enslave your chosen target.

Who can be taken into slavery
You can choose any NPC that is not associated with the main story or characters in the story, but they all have different specializations, such as archers or blacksmiths, that will make them suitable for specific jobs. In addition to the regular NPCs, there will be higher level characters who will be even more effective in their jobs.

Capturing slaves
After you have chosen a target, you should simply knock it out with a club, tie it with a fiber binding and drag it into the wheel of pain (it is better not to be too zealous with a club, as the character is easy to kill). The Wheel of Pain works like any other crafting station: just add fuel (in this case, food) and select the item you want to craft.

Placing Slaves: After an NPC becomes your slave, simply add it to your inventory and place it like any other object. It will be better if the archers are around the perimeter of the settlement to protect it, and the Craftsmen are near their jobs.

Some of the types of slaves you will meet are:
Archers... Protect your home by shooting arrows at enemies from high walls.
Artists (entertainer)... They dance to remove the corruption (filth) that you received while fighting terrible monsters in dark caves, restoring your maximum health.
Fighters... Defend the settlement in close combat.
Priests... Needed to summon your character's deity against enemies.
Blacksmiths... Craft a variety of items and unlock more powerful weapons and armor.
