1. Dungeons
You will spend most of your time in dungeons, and here's what you should know about them:
- It seems like the dungeons are randomly generated, so they will always be different. This is great because you can get different rewards, but at the same time you will meet different enemies.
- In most cases, leave the Auto Play option enabled as the AI does a pretty good job of getting through the dungeon, especially if you're tired. This is ideal for when you go through levels that you have already completed (boss levels) in order to gain more experience points and improve the characteristics of your player. Just pick a difficulty you can easily beat and let the AI fight on its own. You only need to touch the screen if you have a chance to convince the Guardian to join you.
- Keep in mind that when you finish the boss levels, you can invite other guild members. This is extremely useful, especially if you are in a solid guild with high level players.
- Always try to collect everything and completely clear the dungeon before exiting - even if you defeat the boss, there may still be some extra treasure.
- It is better to replay the levels with bosses, and not try to complete tasks that are beyond your power. Despite the fact that everything you collected during the mission remains forever, even if you lose, cooler rewards are given precisely for completing bosses. Do this until you level up to such a level that you can win regular campaign missions.
2. Weapon skills are very important
Various weapons are available in the game, each with its own skills and degree of rarity. Therefore, it is extremely important to test the skills that each weapon offers and how useful they will be to you. Some weapons are better for support, while others are better for damage.
3. How to win a battle in Bit Heroes
- When it's your turn, you can use potions. However, at an early stage there is no point in using potions (it is better to save up for them until the situation becomes really difficult).
- Switch between characters. Enemies very rarely inflict damage on several heroes at once, so the strategy is as follows: start the battle by default and after a few steps switch your main character to the one behind him. This means that you will get a hero with full health in the front, while the character that was in the front at the beginning is now safe in the back. In other words, it increases your chances of winning every battle.
- Be smart when using special attacks of characters. Make sure you do this when they give you the biggest advantage in combat.
4. Guilds
If you want to advance through the game faster, it is best to join a guild. A guild with members who have a similar strength to yours (or even better) is extremely useful when it comes to completing already completed boss levels: just start exploring the dungeon with your best teammates and turn on automatic mode.
In addition, in the guild, you get honor in the form of experience points that you earn for the guild, and you can spend what you earn in the guild store to buy useful items.
5. Upgrade your characteristics
When you get a level, you are given points that can be spent on pumping your character. Although strategies change depending on the type of player you want to be, I suggest focusing on Agility, as this will allow you to attack multiple times in a row; then there is Power and at the end Stamina. Your hero doesn't have to be on the front lines all the time, so you don't need huge health in the early stages.
6. Lockpicks (skeleton keys)
Keys like these are hard to find, but extremely useful if you stumble upon a premium chest in dungeons. Keep in mind that the buffs inside the locked chest get better as you progress through the dungeons, so it's a good idea to try to save your lockpicks until late in the game.
