Which hero is better to choose

At the beginning of the game, you will be offered three heroes to choose from. Each of them is unique and has a different role and ability. But if you choose a character that doesn't suit you, you can always change the character later.

Rufio, also known as the "Golden Stallion", is a Tank class hero and is always on the front lines. When he is fully pumped, his damage is almost tripled. His main attacks are a heroic jump, where he leaps across the battlefield and attacks the enemy, and the second attack is a chopping blade.

If you choose Rufio, your best bet is to upgrade him and give him better gear so that he can become a real boss killer.

Avalon is the leader. His True Leader ability is especially good for new players. Focused Fire is a support ability that helps archers to quickly kill a boss. The hero also has the Supply Cap ability, which increases the number of units that you can deploy with him on the battlefield.

Overall, Avalon is great for beginners.

Avril Is the queen of ice, and her role on the battlefield is strategic. Her abilities allow her to plan a strategy and then propel her troops forward. Her Ice Wall ability can create a large wall between yours and enemy troops on the battlefield, limiting mobility, while her Blizzard ability can freeze enemies right where they are. However, all these abilities are not cheap and a lot of mana is spent on them.

Collection and management of resources

It is very important that at the beginning of the game you actively collect resources to build and expand your fortress. All resources are stored in a warehouse, and it is very important for you to protect your warehouse from enemy units that will try to rob it.

The main resources are wood, mana and gold: they can be found all over the map or collected in your fortress. Gold and wood are mainly used to upgrade buildings as well as technology. Mana is used by mages on the battlefield and the hero Avril for her abilities.

Blood Diamonds, Mithril and Crystals are rarer resources. They can only be found outside your fortress, exploring the map, attacking other players, or intercepting their caravans.

While exploring the territory, you can find various factories that offer resources, but they must be transported to the fortress using carts. They are vulnerable, so put a guard on them. One of the last resources is honor, which can be used to change race, create new racial structures, and recruit new units. Honor can be obtained by killing wild creatures or by intercepting other players' caravans.

When you have a decent supply of resources, you can use them to upgrade buildings and units. Focus on technology, as it will open up new types of units, then choose one type of unit for pumping to strengthen them, since your resources are limited.

General tips for battles

Make sure you are using coordinated formation before starting an attack. Although the game does it for you, the regular formation is always better because it gives you the opportunity to act according to the situation. Always place your weak and disposable units in the front so they can buy more time for expensive and ranged units in the back.

Each unit is strong against certain types of units. For example, infantry is strong against archers, archers are strong against spearmen, and cavalry is strong against infantry. Therefore, you must have a well balanced army.

Never rely too much on numbers when buying large quantities of cheap units, as you may end up in the role of a whipping boy for your enemy. Never use all of your resources in one place. To destroy enemies, try forming alliances to conserve resources and also increase your chances of survival.
