Ancient Ruins - Chapter 5 Peaks of Time at AFK Arena, and for me personally, this is the most annoying adventure. I spent a lot of time and nerves to go through it, and finally I did it)
Step 1
The first step is the easiest - you need to clear all the camps on the left and right sides, and collect all the relics. After that, your map should look like this:
See the chest next to my position on the map? You must take it last, besides, the enemies in this place are level 140. In general, if you have heroes and equipment that can win this battle, then you can go through the entire chapter.
Step 2
Don't use the portal on the left! You need to activate the yellow lever on the left side and head north. This will give you access to the entire northeastern section of the map, where you need to clear all the camps.
There are two mercenary camps here that will give you extra heroes, and all the bonus relics should give your team a good boost to win easily.
Do not take the heroes of the Savage faction, as the enemies in the Ancient Ruins are mostly Thugs, so the enemy will always have a 25% faction bonus.
Step 3
Now it's time to activate the blue lever and go back to the lower left (southwest) and use the yellow lever again!
DO NOT USE THE RIGHT PORTAL! If you do this now, you will get stuck and have to start over.
Enter the portal from the left side, turn on the blue and yellow levers again, then use the left portal next to the yellow lever.
Step 4
Once you go through the left portal, you will see three camps. They do not drop relics, and they will appear every time you enter the portal. In one of the camps, the enemies are level 145, so it is better to deal with them now, and then follow my guide exactly. You don't have to fight all of them - just destroy two of them.
Step 5
After the victory, you can go left again, where you will see one camp in front of the green lever. Kill the enemies, take the relic and use the lever.
Step 6
Go right to the blue lever again and use it. You will find yourself trapped, but a new portal will come to your aid, which returns to the place in step 4. Destroy two of the three camps again. Don't worry, this is the right way to go, so just kill them a second time.
Step 7
Now the path to the green stone has opened on the map, but before going there, use the yellow lever again, this is really important! Then go to the place behind the green stone and destroy the camps.
Step 8
So, after you've cleared the camps, pull the red lever (don't use the portal!). Walk all the way to the northeastern part where the camp is located behind the green stone.
Step 9
There is a camp behind the green stone that you need to clear out (pictured above). Now go to the blue lever again.
Step 10
Activate the blue lever and it will open up the northwest region with the final camps. The map should look like the screenshot above.
Step 11
Now you can go all the way up and get to the last location with several camps, as well as a temple where you can resurrect one hero. If you eliminate all enemies, there will be only one boss camp, so don't give up)
Step 12
This is the last step before the final fight! Go to the red lever in the middle and pull it. Once you do this, you can fight the boss of the Ancient Ruins.
The boss has level 170 heroes, but if you have level 140 heroes + all collected relics, you shouldn't have much of a problem.
