Guide update; November 8, 2019
This guide lists some good commands at AFK Arena that I have personally used in the past. I hope to expand the list in the future. If you want to add your own version, you can write it in the comments.
In general, when creating a team, you need at least 3 heroes of the same faction to receive the bonus. You may need to use a team without a faction bonus at some points in the campaign, although this depends on which heroes you have available.
Shemira
Team 1
Note: during the resurrection of Toran, Shemira remains defenseless and easy to kill.
Team 2
Shemira is considered the best carry on your team until chapter 24 (which generally means your entire squad has reached level 240).
Once you reach this point, it becomes more difficult for you to play on the front lines, as Shemira is unlikely to be able to fight enemies that are at a higher level than her, which drastically reduces her energy gain.
Eiron
Team 1
Mostly Eiron will be used in the later stages of the game.
By the way, in practice, in the battle with vrizz, a pack of Lucius - Estrilda - Shemira - Grezhul - Baden shows itself not badly. The main thing is that Lucius would cover the minions of Grezhul and Baden with a shield. Very good damage is shown.
Shemira, in conjunction with Rosalina, rolls the ult up to 3 times. This is how I beat teams 20 levels higher
