The first method
1. First, you need to go to the launch options for the game on Steam:
2. Now enter the following parameters to improve performance and increase FPS:
-USEALLAVAILABLECORES -nomansky -heapsize 6291456 -refresh 60
-UNALLAVAILABLECORES - Forces the game to use all the cores of your processor.
-nomansky - will remove all unnecessary visual effects.
-refresh - sets the refresh rate for your monitor. If you have a 60Hz monitor, use -refresh 60, and if you have 144Hz, use -refresh 144.
-heapsize - allocates RAM. Check out the list below to find out which command you need to use for your PC.
The second method
1. Go to address
UserName / Appdata / Local / SCUM / Save / Config / Windowsnoeditor
and open Gameusersetting.
2. Find the FrameRateLimit line in the file and set its parameters to 144 Hz if you have a 144 Hz monitor, or 99 Hz if you are not sure about the capabilities of your computer.
