1. Go to \ SteamApps \ Common \ SPG2 \ saves and open your save file with notepad.
2. Find information about a character (you can search by name)
- You can change the amount of starting money / credits (Money / Credits)
- Reputation
- Skill Points
- Perks
3. Save changes and start the game.
Note: be sure to back up the save file before changing anything.
