Here are the basic admin commands on Citadel: Forged with Fire Dedicated Servers, which are entered in the in-game chat.
/ admin_login <the password you set in the game.ini file> - Login as admin
/ admin_update <new password> - Change admin password
/ settime <time of day> - Set the time of day on the server
/ givexp <number> - Get the specified number of experience points (XP)
/ giveitem <item name> <number> - Get the specified number of items
/ admin_delete <player name> - Remove admin access
/ server_kick <player name> <reason> - Remove a player from the server for such a reason
/ ban <player name> <reason> - Ban a player for such and such a reason
/ fly (removed?) - Toggle flight mode
/ flightspeed <number> (removed?) - Set flight speed
/ teleport <latitude> <longitude> - Teleport to the specified coordinates on the map
