You will see a bunch of main game folders here, but you need Career and Freegames. Inside, you will find the map ID XML files (excluding games.)
Find your card ID or game session, right click and open with notepad.
Inside, you will see the parameters and variables of all available resources, with their own set of skill trees, such as firefighters, police officers, paramedics, equipment, and vehicles. At the bottom of the page, you will see the Calls / Incidents sections where you can increase / decrease the number of calls and the frequency.
To get more money, find the line and set the amount you need. After that, save the file, go into the game and load the map that you edited. Complete 1 round to receive money.
