1. As you play, remember how much is in "debt" or "reserves." The number is shown at the top of the screen. Save and go to the following address:
C: \ Users \ 'UserName' \ Documents \ MyGames \ democracy3 \ savegames
2. Open your save file by right-clicking on the file and choosing Edit. Don't open it with notepad! Just right click on the file and select "Modify".
3. Now press Ctrl + F, a search box appears. Enter in it finances.
4. Look at the numbers listed in the Finances section. There should be 6 lines or so.
5. Check which field matches your debt or reserves. There should be line # 5.
6. Edit this field to get "reserves" (reservations). I think that if there is a minus in front of the number, it will be positive reserves in the game. If there is no minus, then a positive number will mean debt.
Now open your game and enjoy. You can run a country with the highest possible deficit by continuing to waste your infinite reserves.
Also, you can edit political capital in the same way. Just search for "politicalcapital"And change the line.
