If you complete the quest "An Exceptional Writer" on Tsurumi Island in Genshin Impact, you will automatically receive the quest "Octave Maushiro" if you wait one day (in real time).
Start the quest and receive a Strange Feather
Travel to Inazuma and find Sumida. Then teleport to Tsurumi Island where you need to talk to Ru behind the first teleportation point. He will give you a Strange Feather, which you must equip in your inventory. Use the feather near the Thunderbird statue to create an illusion. Dig up the hidden object and run to the festival site. Talk to the locals to complete the start of the quest.
Wakukau Shoal Rock Puzzle
Once you reach the stones by navigating, you must use the feather to make the strange stones glow. The stones have symbols that you must hit in the correct order. To the left of the stone with the symbol of the circle is another statue of the Thunderbird. Use a feather here - a Fairy will appear, following which, you will find yourself at another bird statue. Use the feather again and the solution to the puzzle will appear on the wall.
Recover the rocks and solve the puzzle at Oina Beach
The quest will then lead you to Oina Beach. Here again there will be strange stones that you must move to certain positions. First, move the stone with the triangle to the field of the triangle.
Then move the next stone to its place.
Then all you have to do is move the remaining three stones inward.
Find the missing stones in Autake Plain
There is a thick fog in the Autake Plain, so you must light the electric torches. If you don't, you will be teleported back out of the fog.
After you use the Strange Feather a few times to mark the target, three fairies will appear. You must follow them through the fog, because they will lead you to the Autake stones, which you must collect. Then go back to the statue - a solution to the puzzle will appear on the large stone. As with the first puzzle, you need to light the stones in the order shown.
Complete the quest
After completing the difficult part of the world mission, you will once again return to the festival site. After the dialogue, return to Inazuma and talk to Sumida in order to successfully complete the quest.
